Dropa Conceptby ~jeremychristensen

This is a concept piece for a member of the Annunaki in the Orange Analogy graphic novel that I'm working on with the immensely talented Josh Huntsman.

This is a Dropa, he is based on an ancient Tibettan legend of some 4 foot tall beings who were discovered by a tribe in Tibet. Their bodies were discovered in modern times in a cave with smooth walls, their bodies surrounded by these 1 foot diameter discs. Their bodies were mistaken for gorillas at first. The conspiracy theory is that these "Dropa" were an early encounter with extra terrestrials!

The tentacle thing underneath him holding the disc is a creature that was drawn on a few of the discs that I was able to find online. Along with a 2 legged gecko looking lizard that I'll have to add at some point.

I'm butchering the story, so I 'll just leave it at that and say that, true or not ( most likely not, but who knows) it really is an interesting story and is worth a quick google search.

Anyways I hope you enjoy the sketch and keep your eyes open for more stuff as it comes out.
